McCall Development was founded in 1993 by Jim McCall. While Jim was still "hard at it" in the swimming pool business he became increasingly interested in all aspects of construction and development. He has been actively involved in the Home Builders Association, having served as the president in 2004. McCall Homes grew out of it's parent company in 2007.  It’s a family deal, Greg, Brad and Carolee McCall currently run and operate the company, but not alone they even get help from the boys’ wives, Erin and Kelsey, who are also a part of the business. "That’s how we run our company, we’re a family, we’re a team, and that’s how we get the job done."

After witnessing suburbia wash over America the trend is obvious, quantity is quality. Our vision is to build homes that embody the charm and character that is important to home owners today, where bigger is not always better, and affordable does not have to mean cheap. Our homes are architecturally designed, Energy Star Certified and as unique as the people who live in them. Great attention is not only given to the craftsmanship, but also to the function, design and décor. Everything has its place, from front porches and reading nooks to the groceries and the kids’ coats and mittens. Brad is our numbers guy as well as purchaser and estimator.  This means he spends most of his day sitting at his computer managing jobs.  We do try to make sure he gets outside to play at least a little bit everyday.  Brad and Kelsey are married and have a new son, Seamus. Brad is also a Certified Green Professional and a Certified Graduate Builder.

Carolee is a Certified Interior Decorator and a Certified Green Professional.  She will see you through all the decisions you’ll make in designing your new home.  Brad and Greg are Carolee’s brothers.

Greg is the oldest brother in the McCall family, we’re not saying he’s OLD though.  Greg is our Sales Counselor, a job similar to a camp counselor.  Instead of teaching kids how to swim or make 101 different crafts using only popsicle sticks, he will be your guide through the purchase and construction of your new home (using NO popsicle sticks). Greg is a Certified Green Professional and a Certified Graduate Builder.

Erin is a Certified Interior Decorator.  She may be meeting with you to help you design every part of your new home, including the kitchen sink.  Erin and Greg are married and have four kids we all love to spoil. 

Kelsey is in charge of marketing and customer care.  Pretty much, she works behind the scenes, but she does have a fancy for bright orange shoes so you might catch a glimpse of her walking by.
