McCall Development was founded in 1993 by Jim McCall. While Jim was still "hard at it" in the swimming pool business he became increasingly interested in all aspects of construction and development. He has been actively involved in the Home Builders Association, having served as the president in 2004. It’s a family deal, Greg, Brad and Carolee McCall currently run and operate the company, but not alone they even get help from the boys’ wives, Erin and Kelsey, who are also a part of the business. "That’s how we run our company, we’re a family, we’re a team, and that’s how we get the job done."
