We have visited with many of you and appreciate your feedback. We have learned that many of you have been burned by home builders encouraging prospective home buyers to cut Realtors out of the loop or home builders not paying a commission. We are terribly sorry if you have experienced this in the past, and we are making it our job to undo the professional discourtesy that seems to have taken place between Realtors and home builders in some instances.
Let’s be honest about this situation. We need what you have; motivated home buyers. We have what you need; a well crafted, affordable, sustainable, Energy Star home that you can feel good about recommending to your clients. Why WOULDN’T we work together?
To help mend fences, as the saying goes, we would like to share the details of our new Realtor Program. Greg has already visited with many of you about this, but here is how it works:
- Bring an interested client to the McCall Model Home or the Design Studio and receive a $50 Visa card
- If your client chooses to build in Josephine Crossing, you will receive the first 1% of your 3% commission at contract signing and the balance at closing
- Top producing Realtor each year will win a FUN FILLED vacation on us! We truly appreciate your business and wish to prove it with our rewards program
