Norm Schoenthal Island

The placement of the Josephine Crossing neighborhood is no accident.  Our community is built around Smart Growth concepts.  Smart Growth practices are mindful of preserving open space, conserving land, promoting community, being pedestrian friendly and providing a greater mix of homes.  Josephine Crossing’s proximity to Norm’s island is in keeping with these concepts.

An access road from Josephine Crossing to Norm’s Island transports neighbors to the banks of the Yellowstone River in minutes.  Walk the dog, jog off lunch, “park it” on a bench and read a book, or sit on the riverbank and gaze at the Beartooth Mountains.  It is possible to live responsibly in a neighborhood that doesn’t subscribe to suburban sprawl and still enjoy all the beauty and peace nature has to offer.
