You expect a warranty on a new car; why wouldn’t you expect one on your home, which costs tens of thousands of dollars more? Yet when was the last time you were offered a warranty on a new home? Our warranty program has something NO ONE else in the state, or even the world can offer…our very own warranty wizard, Jared Dickerson. Some super heroes have the power to fly, be invisible or lift super heavy stuff. Jared’s super power is taking care of our home owners and neighbors by treating their warranty issue as if it was a warranty issue on his home. He’s fast, caring and super friendly. (We tried to get him to wear a cape and ride a Segway around the neighborhood, but so far he’s refused.)
